The Linearis3D Photogrammetry App offers users the opportunity to conduct accurate 3D measurements using their iOS device’s camera. By automatically deriving 3D point coordinates from 2D images, the app can achieve measurement errors of under 1mm in optimal scenarios.

Key functionalities of this application include:

• Precise measurement of 3D coordinates.
• Measurement of rounded and skewed walls for custom kitchen and wardrobe designs.
• Acquisition of 3D data for custom tarpaulin measurements on boats.
• Measurement of vehicle interior dimensions to create bespoke fixtures.
• Staircase measurements for stairlift installation purposes.

The app employs paper targets, providing several advantages for accuracy and efficiency:

• The use of targets facilitates precise measurements.
• Computational speed is enhanced when utilizing targets.
• Targets enhance compatibility, allowing for measurements on a variety of objects regardless of surface condition.

For objects with dimensions less than 1m x 1m x 1m, accuracy better than 1mm is attainable. However, users should note that accuracy is influenced by factors such as object size, viewing angles, the number of photographs taken, and the condition of the iPhone utilized for measurement. It remains the user's responsibility to ensure that measurement outcomes align with their specific requirements.

Subscription Conditions

The app permits project exports with up to 15 images without requiring a subscription. For larger projects or access to additional features, several subscription options are available:

• Standard Package: €9.99 per month in Germany (pricing may vary in other regions). Includes export of 3D points with a maximum of 30 images.
• Power Package: €29.99 per month in Germany (pricing may vary in other regions). Offers improved precision and export capabilities along with unlimited image uploads.
• Stairs Package: €67.99 per month in Germany (pricing may vary in other regions). Provides automated staircase measurements for stairlifts and allows export as a DXF file.

Please be aware that your iTunes Account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are set to automatically renew unless the auto-renew feature is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Management and cancellation of subscriptions can be conducted through your iTunes Account settings.
